Our Month-of Coordination Package is designed for couples who have all their vendors booked and need a professional's help planning for the day's events in the last couple of months leading up to the big day. We’ll plan and execute all day-of logistics to ensure everything runs smoothly.

We’ll step in to manage key elements such as connecting you with our preferred vendors, budgeting, refining your design, & more.

My Venue Comes with a Coordinator

  • Our brand-new "My Venue Comes with a Coordinator" Package is designed for couples who have a venue coordinator but still need expert hands to bring their vision to life and keep the day running smoothly.

    The Details

    • (2) 1-hour Virtual Setup-Planning Meetings

    • 1-hour Venue Visit

    • Digital Floor Plans

    • Setup for up to 100 guests*

    • Table Bussing of trash and disposables up to 5 hours

    • Tear Down at the end of the event

    • Travel within 50 miles of our office

    *Additional Staff will be added for events over 100 guests, rated 1 per 50 guests.

    Does not include bussing reusable dinnerware. Please "Bussing Reusable Dinnerware" below if rentals need to be scraped or rinsed before packing.

We offer both pre-written and customized ceremonies with options to include a marriage prayer, unity ceremony, and love story.

  • A great add-on for day-of and month-of coordination! Our team will arrive at the venue 5 hours prior to the ceremony to setup for your event and help decorate. Includes a (2) 1-hour event setup planning meetings and a venue visit to walk the site together. Start time may be adjusted depending on your decorator/florist's needs.

  • Our Bridal Concierge service is designed for brides who want a personal point-person to ensure their day is stress-free, joyful, and seamless. While your day-of coordinator handles logistics, we focus solely on you—keeping you comfortable, hydrated, and fully present in the moment.

  • Guests 10 times out of 10 do not throw their trash away. Why? Who knows! If your caterer does not provide table bussing, you'll want to add this on! Your Coordination Team will clear tables of trash for you and your guests, beginning 30 minutes after dinner service for up to 5 hours.

    Starting at $75

  • Don't leave your guests hanging to cut their own slice of cake! If your caterer isn't providing cake cutting services, you'll want to add this service! After you cut your cake and take pictures, our team will slice up the rest of the cake and plate it on the cake table for your guests to pickup. Includes cake plates and forks.

    $1 per guest

  • A great add-on for day-of and month-of coordination! Our team will arrive at the venue 5 hours prior to the end of the venue rental period and will buss tables to collect rental items and throw away trash and pack your rentals and decor.

  • Monthly 1-hour phone or Google Meet call to help you plan the wedding of your dreams. Your consultation includes access to the Wedding Planning Portal provided to all our planning couples.
