  • We have packages for Partial Planning, Month-of Coordination, and Day-of-Coordination, and offer Officiant, Photo Booth, and Staffing services as add-ons.

    • Review and confirm all of your wedding vendors' contract details.​

    • Liaison between you and your vendors to communicate information and work out any discrepancies in vendor schedule or scope of work.​

    • Develop a highly detailed day-of Wedding Timeline.

    • Compile all wedding planning details into one comprehensive package ​for seamless execution.

    • Schedule and attend the venue visit final detailing meeting.

    • ​​Finalize the timeline and venue access and setup details with all vendors, two weeks prior to the Big Day.

    • ​Make reservations for a rehearsal dinner with your wedding party and close family and friends.

    • ​​Schedule and coordinate your rehearsal at your venue or alternate location.

    • ​And of course, manage all of the day-of logistics so you can ​focus on what matters most: ​Getting married and having fun!

  • The wedding rehearsal prepares everyone for their roles during the ceremony. We cover:

    • Where and how the wedding party will stand at the altar.

    • What to do when the bride approaches and arrives at the altar.

    • What the groom can expect during the ceremony, how to receive the bride and her escort, and how to walk her back down the aisle during the recession.

    • Where the family will sit, including their reserved rows.

    We typically hold a same-day rehearsal, about 2 hours before the ceremony or when the photographer arrives to begin detail shots. At this point, the bridesmaids are hair and makeup ready, and the bride is finalizing her look. The rehearsal itself takes about 30 minutes, leaving time for everyone to get dressed for photos.

    We recommend same-day rehearsals because they’re more convenient. They eliminate the need to schedule a separate event the day before, deal with venue availability, or manage travel conflicts with out-of-town wedding party members. It simplifies the process and ensures everyone is present and prepared.

    If you prefer to have your rehearsal on a different date, this can be arranged for an additional fee. Let us know your preference, and we’ll work with you to schedule it.

  • All of our ceremony options can be modified for religious or non-religious services. We have a marriage prayer that we've found folks really enjoy and can include bible verses that are special to you and your partner.

  • Booking with us is an easy, personalized process! Here’s how it works:

    1. Receive Our Brochure: After you inquire, we’ll send you our Brochure, which outlines our services and packages.

    2. Schedule a Consultation: We’ll chat to discuss your vision and determine which package best fits your needs.

    3. Review Your Proposal: Following our consultation, we’ll add your selected package to the Invoice for your review. This document, available in your HoneyBook portal, doubles as your Proposal and Agreement.

    4. Complete the Steps:

      • Page 2: Review your invoice.

      • Page 3: Complete and sign the agreement.

      • Page 4: Pay the 25% retainer to secure your date.

    Once these steps are completed, you’re officially booked, and we’ll get started on planning your perfect day! If you have any questions during the process, we’re here to help.

    Once you’re booked with us, we can provide a curated list of our favorite vendors tailored to your needs. These are professionals we trust and enjoy working with, and we’re confident they’ll help make your wedding day unforgettable. description
